More information

From the Santalaceae family.

From Hawaii, Santalum paniculatum is considered a chlorophyll parasite.

It walks under the ground and draws its energy from the trees, shrubs and nearby plants.

Sandalwood in perfumery also serves as a fixative, it brings out the top notes of other essential oils.
