This second volume The Amusing Molecules is intended to be a continuation of volume 1.

It presents 50 new essential oils and addresses slightly more advanced concepts for six new very powerful molecular families, always using the same fun approach.

The theme of this volume is that of gastronomy, in order to provide you with knowledge of the molecules of essential oils on a platter full of humor, good taste, and above all fun and digestible anecdotal stories that will facilitate learning.

This approach makes it possible to popularize important concepts, validated and supported by the numerous scientific studies that punctuate this book.

Particular interest is paid to the precautionary measures necessary in the use of these six new molecular families, very rich in active molecules.

Because their remarkably powerful therapeutic properties require the slight step back that caution requires.

My goal is of course to simplify the acquisition of knowledge and to communicate what is necessary for accessible but also safe use of essential oils.

Because, I would like to point out that I find it preferable to savor the dish of knowledge rather than to suffer that of ignorance... and disappointment.
