Carry out a skin tolerance test in the crook of your elbow and wait 48 hours before using the oil on the skin. Suggestions for use

2 recipes for men for using red raspberry vegetable oil:

Recipe 1- Exfoliation for face and beard roots:

• In a bowl, combine 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of raspberry seed oil.
• Place the mixture on your moistened face and under the chin at the root of the beard.
• Rub in circular motions without applying too much pressure.
• Rinse thoroughly.
• Let your beard air dry.

Recipe 2- Nourishing and moisturizing freshness mask for the beard:

• Combine in a bowl: 1 tbsp raspberry seed oil, 1 tbsp aloe vera gel and 2 drops of Atlas cedar essential oil.
• Spread the mixture over your entire beard, on the skin under the chin and on the cheeks, massaging gently to allow the treatment to penetrate.
• Then take a damp towel and put it in the microwave for one minute.
• Wrap your beard in it and go for twenty minutes of relaxation.
• Brush your beard to distribute the mixture all over.
• Rinse thoroughly.
• Let your beard air dry and enjoy that hydration boost.
