Words by Mikaël

Moderation and harmony define the Achillea millefolium which softens the contrasts, accompanying too abrupt changes.

It preserves the mental balance while alleviating the stress related to the changes

In addition, it is antiseptic, healing and anti-inflammatory.

Words by Anny Schneider

With its inflorescence of corymbs in off-white flower heads, the yarrow is an umbrella of protection against various infections.

Traditionally used against epidemic fevers , its infusion once saved thousands of children from otherwise fatal flu.

Its blue essential oil, because rich in azulene, camphor and monoterpenes, explains its antiseptic and regenerating benefits .

It is nevertheless to be avoided in case of pregnancy, epilepsy and in young children.
