Words by Mikaël

By digesting negative thoughts or attitudes, the purifying energy of mint opens up to change. New ideas germinate, confidence returns. Tiredness flies away and the spirit regenerated by this wind of freshness is soothed. Digestive, tonic, decongestant. Balancing.

Words by Anny Schneider

Origin of this essential oil

This organic peppermint essential oil is obtained from the distillation of the flowers and leaves of this plant cultivated in India

Peppermint essential oil is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to aid digestion and help relieve nausea and vomiting.

Suggestions for use

To help upper respiratory tract, including sinus and regain physical strength and mental clarity, breathe a little bit of peppermint essential oil directly from the bottle.

To aid digestion, put one drop of peppermint essential oil on the tongue. (Oral long-term use is not recommended). It is also possible to blend a drop of peppermint essential oil to a teaspoon of honey.

To relieve muscular or articular inflammation, gently massage 3 to 4 drops of peppermint essential oil on the painful part of the body.

To relieve a headache, apply 1 to 2 drops on the forehead and temples, (far from the eyes).

In cosmetics, peppermint helps reduce sebum, soothes eczema and insect bites.

On the energetical level, peppermint calms irritable and explosive temperaments, an excess of emotivity and lack of discernment.

Lydia Bosson proposes the following ritual in case of hyper-emotivity, irritability or anger bursts:

apply one drop on the back of the neck, one on the third eye, one on the crown chakra and one on the temples (far from the eyes).

Keep away from children, air, heat and light.

Do not use when pregnant or breastfeeding and do not use with infants under two years old.
