This organic peppermint essential oil is obtained from the distillation of the flowers and leaves of this plant cultivated in India
Peppermint essential oil is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to aid digestion and help relieve nausea and vomiting.
To help upper respiratory tract, including sinus and regain physical strength and mental clarity, breathe a little bit of peppermint essential oil directly from the bottle.
To aid digestion, put one drop of peppermint essential oil on the tongue. (Oral long-term use is not recommended). It is also possible to blend a drop of peppermint essential oil to a teaspoon of honey.
To relieve muscular or articular inflammation, gently massage 3 to 4 drops of peppermint essential oil on the painful part of the body.
To relieve a headache, apply 1 to 2 drops on the forehead and temples, (far from the eyes).
