Words by Mikaël

Here in Quebec, we have a lot of white spruce which we distil to give receive its aromatic essence that helps us to feel accepted by ourselves and by others. The essence embodies acceptance "to be what I am" and accept life as it is, and live life with joy. White spruce gives us the strength to face the obstacles and changes in life by welcoming them as they are. Its full-bodied perfume invites to elevation, frees our speech and encourages the desire to go towards the other. I put a drop in my hand, I rub my hands, I feel the oil then I stay a moment with myself, I breathe deeply, accepting life as it is, in joy, harmony and love.

Indicated in case of chronic fatigue and overwork, it is very beautiful in synergy for diffusion and massage.

Words by Anny Schneider

White spruce Picea glauca (also known as Picea alba or Picea canadensis) is one of the most widespread, resilient and long-lived conifers in Canada. The needles and branches are distilled to extract a fine essential oil, rich in anti-inflammatory and expectorant terpenes. Our certified Canadian organic essential oil can be used in a diffuser to help decongest the lungs and sinuses, while purifying the atmosphere. You can also dilute 10%  spruce HE in a vegetable oil suitable for massage to relieve joint and muscle pain. After a tiring day, when mixed with a massage oil or liquid soap, the essential oil of spruce in a bath soothes, calms and comforts.

Cautions

Keep away from children, air, heat and light.
