It's no wonder the King of the Forests is in the spotlight this holiday season. Indeed, the aromatic essence it gives off is an excellent atmospheric antiseptic that is very useful during these family gatherings. In microdiffusion, it purifies and flavors the air, and thus protects against infections. In massage, it thins the secretions of the respiratory tract, thus promoting their evacuation.

It is indicated in cases of colds, sinusitis or bronchitis, as well as to combat muscle pain. Just massage the chest, back, shoulders, arms or legs with a good vegetable oil in which you have diluted about 20% of this essential oil.
